At the newly renovated AC Hotel Birmingham NEC and Airport, we're looking for a Guest Service Supervisor to help create memorable experiences for our guests while supporting our Food & Beverage team in delivering exceptional service. This is a full-time role with a salary of £27,551 p.a. plus benefits.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous Food & Beverage supervisory experience who enjoys leading by example, supporting colleagues and ensuring every guest receives a warm and professional welcome.
About the Role
As Guest Service Supervisor, you will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our restaurant, bar and food service areas. You'll help guide the team during shifts, ensuring service runs smoothly and that our guests enjoy a consistently high standard of hospitality.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting team members during service
- Leading shifts and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Delivering friendly, attentive and professional guest service
- Assisting with training and developing team members
- Supporting the Food & Beverage Manager with operational duties
- Handling guest queries and resolving issues in a positive manner
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
About You

- Has previous Food & Beverage supervisory experience
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Is passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences
- Has strong communication and leadership skills
- Leads by example and motivates those around them
- Is flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
