Actual Salary £17,568 - £17,847 per annum per annum (Grade 5)
This job is for 30 hours per week and 38.4 weeks per year.
It is offered on a Temporary basis until 31 August 2027. We hope to be able to extend beyond this date, dependent on funding. Part time hours will be considered.

Bridport Primary School is looking for two skilled and dedicated members of staff to join our hard working team of Teaching Assistants from September 2026 for a fixed term contract until 30 August 2027.
We hope to be able to extend beyond this date, dependent on funding. Part time hours will be considered.
This post will involve supporting teaching and learning across the school, and will include working with children with an Education Health and Care Plan and those on the SEND register.
Essential qualities include discretion, empathy, professionalism and good personal organisation with great communication skills and a desire to see young people achieve their potential. The right candidate would also demonstrate adaptability and resilience. Understanding of learning difficulties, knowledge of subject areas and experience of working with young people in an educational setting will be advantageous.
This position may include the running of our after school club ‘Busy bees’
Working pattern - Monday to Friday - 30 hours a week, which may be subject to change according to business need.
A clean driving licence and your own transport is essential for travel across the Trust’s multiple sites and schools.
