Position: Store Manager
Location: Bullring, Birmingham

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred (Diploma of Higher Education also considered)
Experience: 6–10 years of relevant retail experience
Age Preference: 28–36 years (balance of maturity, energy, and growth potential)
Legal Status Requirement: UK Citizen, Pre-Settled Status, or Indefinite Leave to Remain
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
· Drive sales performance through effective strategies and team motivation.
· Lead, coach, and develop store staff to achieve individual and team goals.
· Ensure outstanding customer service and a welcoming shopping experience.
· Manage inventory processes, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.
· Implement promotional activities to boost store traffic and sales.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
· Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, objectives, and feedback.
· Handle customer inquiries professionally in person and over the phone.
