The position we are advertising is based on site, as part of a team installing our Garden Rooms.
We are always on the lookout for new talent, and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Fitting Assistant to join our friendly and growing team.
We are ideally seeking someone who lives in or close to the Tadley area, making van sharing and daily logistics simple and efficient for the team.
About the Role

While carpentry experience would be beneficial, it’s not essential. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.

Main Duties Include:
- Working alongside our experienced fitting team installing garden room structures all over the UK (and sometimes abroad)
- Setting up steels & framework
- 1st fix joinery with the occasional 2nd fix
- Maintaining good standards of onsite Health & Safety
- Carrying out aftercare visits when required
- Ensuring sites are left tidy
- Quality checking of finished products
- Assisting with the loading & unloading of lorries
- Other general duties
Requirements:
- An excellent work ethic with a desire to learn and progress
- Responsible, dependable & conscientious individual (The right attitude is key)
- Prior carpentry experience beneficial but not essential
- Full driving licence is essential
Hours of Work
- 7.30 am to 16:00pm on site Monday to Friday
