About the role
We’re looking for a passionate and creative Regional Marketing Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis (37 hours per week) .
About the Role
As part of our regional team, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful marketing campaigns that support the recruitment of foster carers across Mid & West Wales. Working within the national Foster Wales brand, you will:
Lead on targeted marketing projects
Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across traditional and digital media
Work closely with stakeholders to develop innovative recruitment strategies
Use your communication and engagement skills to maximise campaign impact
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Passionate about making a real difference to the lives of children and committed to championing best practice
Experienced in marketing and campaign delivery
A confident communicator with strong engagement and relationship-building skills
Creative, motivated and highly organised
You will also:
Have a flexible approach to working , operating across home, local fostering offices and community settings, meeting people face-to-face across the region
Bring an understanding of the fostering environment or a clear willingness to learn quickly and adapt at pace
