The Role & Our Schedule
We are a 7-day-a-week business, and our busiest, most exciting times are when the big games are on. Because of this:
- Weekend Availability is Mandatory: We do not offer fixed weekends off. You must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays as part of your regular rota.
- Customer Excellence: Building rapport with regulars and assisting new customers.
- Daily Operations: Accurately scanning and entering bets into the system.
- Shop Maintenance: Ensuring the shop remains clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Keyholding: Taking responsibility for opening and locking up the premises securely.
Requirements (Must-Haves)
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Transport: A Full Driving License and access to your own car is essential, as you will be required to travel between our various shop locations.
- Experience: A proven track record in a fast-paced Hospitality or Customer Service role (Bar, Retail, Restaurant, etc.).
- Character: You must be honest, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a rota that includes weekends and evenings.
