Business Development Executive – Corporate Hospitality
£27,500 Basic + £45,000 OTE (Year 1)

An established corporate hospitality business with over 20 years of success in the market is looking to appoint a commercially driven Business Development Executive to join their team at their head office in Maidstone.
The company specialises in premium tickets and hospitality experiences for some of the world’s most sought-after sporting and entertainment events, including the FA Cup Final, Monaco Grand Prix, Royal Ascot, concerts at The O2 and Wembley, along with many other major sporting and music events.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, target-driven sales professional who enjoys building new relationships and generating new business.
The Role
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, prospecting and lead generation
- Develop relationships with businesses looking to entertain clients at premium sporting and entertainment events
- Sell corporate hospitality packages for high-profile events across sport, music and entertainment
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure clients receive an exceptional experience
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, telesales or business development
- Comfortable making outbound calls and prospecting for new clients
- Target-driven with a strong desire to earn commission and exceed sales targets
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude, competitive nature and strong work ethic
Package
- £27,500 basic salary
- Realistic first year OTE of £45,000
