Forestry & Landscaping company based in Rugby looking for an experienced Yard Manager / Maintenance Mechanic to manage and maintain our yard, tools, plant, and machinery.
Duties include:
- Maintaining a clean, organised yard
- Servicing and repairing company plant, tools, and machinery
- Mechanical repairs including hydraulics, hoses, blades
- Preparing machinery for hire
- Working on 13-tonne excavators, 4x4 vehicles, and other plant
Essential:
- Strong mechanical experience
- Knowledge of hydraulics and plant machinery
- Plant operating experience
- Ability to work independently
Desirable:
- Forestry, landscaping, or construction background
- Tickets/qualifications (training can be provided)
