Monday to Friday between 7:30am – 6:00pm

Baby Room Position (Baby Experience Essential)
Our baby room is a nurturing, responsive and development-focused environment where secure attachments, communication and sensory exploration are at the heart of everything we do.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience working with babies
- Understands attachment theory and responsive caregiving
- Is confident with feeding routines, sleep routines and parent communication
- Can observe and plan for rapid developmental changes in the first year of life
- Thrives in a calm but busy environment

Wider Nursery Position
Across our wider nursery rooms, you’ll be part of a team that:
- Plans engaging, child-led learning opportunities
- Tracks and supports individual progress
- Reflects on practice and adapts provision
- Works collaboratively to create inspiring learning environments
We are looking for practitioners who are confident key persons, strong communicators and proactive team members who genuinely want to make a difference.
Your Role Will Include:
- Acting as a Key Person and building strong partnerships with families
- Planning and delivering high-quality early years provision in line with the EYFS
- Observing, assessing and tracking children’s development
- Supporting children’s emotional wellbeing and behaviour positively
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and child protection
- Contributing to room planning meetings and reflective practice
- Supporting transitions within the nursery and to school
- Ensuring accurate record keeping
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain ratio and high standards
- Supporting mealtimes and promoting independence
- Maintaining a safe, stimulating and well-organised learning environment
- Contributing to staff meetings, training and nursery events
- Upholding health & safety and hygiene standards

What We’re Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Proven experience in an early years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A reflective practitioner who strives to improve
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
