The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Field Sales Salon Consultant to develop and manage our business across North London, the East and South East.of England.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys working independently while being supported by a close-knit, experienced team. You'll spend the majority of your time on the road, meeting salon owners, developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and helping our salon partners grow through premium products, education, and outstanding service.
Your Responsibilities
- Grow sales by identifying and securing new premium salon partners throughout your territory.
- Prospect confidently through cold calling, networking, referrals, and face-to-face appointments.
- Deliver compelling presentations of the La Biosthétique brand, products and services to successfully convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Manage and develop an existing portfolio of salon clients, building trusted relationships that encourage long-term loyalty and sustainable growth.
- Work closely with salon owners and teams to identify opportunities to grow their business.
- Deliver product knowledge, training, and educational support to ensure salons maximise the benefits of the brand.
- Plan and manage your territory effectively to achieve sales objectives and business targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity reporting.
- Represent the company professionally at salon visits, education events, exhibitions, and industry functions.
About You
We are looking for someone who is commercially driven, passionate about building relationships, and genuinely enjoys helping others succeed.
You will be:
- An experienced B2B field sales professional with a proven record of delivering results.
- Ideally experienced within the professional hair, beauty, or salon industry.
- A confident communicator with excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, negotiating, and closing new business.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Highly organised with excellent planning and time-management skills.
- Professional, positive, and enthusiastic in everything you do.
- A team player who values collaboration and long-term relationships.
- In possession of a full UK driving licence and happy to travel extensively throughout the territory, with some overnight stays.
