Finance Assistant
APM Agriplant are currently recruiting for a all round Finance Assistant to help the team to ensure a robust control environment while delivering accurate, timely results in an efficient manner.
What will I be doing?
This role reports to the Finance Manager. Activities include but are not limited to:
o Processing & Matching Supplier Invoices
o Processing Employee expense forms
o Processing Overhead Invoices making sure authorised by Budget Holder
o Bank Payments, Weekly, Monthly
o Reconciling & Posting Petty cash
o Maintaining Utilities cost spreadsheets
o Analysis Overhead expenses
o Sales reporting, Daily, Weekly Monthly
This is an excellent opportunity to join a Family run business, of which has exciting growth plans.
It is a permanent position which is full-time, based at our Andover Office, but occasional travel to Stockbridge when required.
What qualifications, experience and skills are we looking for?
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude.
- Competent with the Microsoft Office suite packages (most notably Excel - see below).
- Competent MS Excel user (i.e., competent with vlookups, pivot tables).
- Good organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
