Administrator (8-Week Fixed-Term Contract)

Contract: 8-Week Fixed-Term Contract
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
The Opportunity
Our client is currently seeking a reliable and professional Administrator to join their team on an 8-week fixed-term contract commencing at the beginning of August.
This role will provide essential administrative support during a busy period and would suit an individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with customer enquiries
- Liaising with clients, including farmers and agricultural businesses
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times
- Assisting with general office duties as required
Candidate Requirements
- Previous administration and/or customer service experience
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively in a busy office environment
- Experience within the agricultural sector would be advantageous but is not essential
Additional Information
Due to the nature of this assignment, candidates should ideally be available for the full 8-week contract with no pre-booked holidays or planned time off during this period.
