The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and confident Field Sales Executive to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll be actively generating new business through cold calling and door-to-door visits — introducing homeowners to our promotions on wireless alarm systems, CCTV, and video doorbells. You’ll represent a trusted brand with competitive pricing and exceptional service, making it a rewarding role for someone who enjoys connecting with people and achieving results.
This is not a hard-sell environment — our product quality and pricing often speak for themselves. Success comes from your energy, consistency, and ability to engage customers.
Once you’ve demonstrated consistent performance and proven sales ability, you’ll also be provided with company-generated leads to help you increase your earnings and further expand your customer base.
A Typical Day
- Planning and working within your assigned area.
- Cold calling and door-to-door visits to introduce our products and promotions.
- Demonstrating our wireless alarm systems, CCTV, and video doorbells to potential customers.
- Following up on leads and completing straightforward sales paperwork.
- Collaborating with your team and sharing success strategies.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, works well independently, and finds satisfaction in turning opportunities into results.

Training & Support
Don’t worry if you haven’t worked in security sales before — full product and sales training will be provided.
You’ll also receive ongoing mentorship from experienced team leaders to help you reach your goals and build a successful sales career.

- £30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission

Experience
- Previous experience in sales, utilities, or home improvement is advantageous.
