Arneg UK is a manufacturer of Commercial Refrigeration Cabinets, who supplies directly to leading supermarkets and due to continuous growth and expansion we have lots of opportunities available.
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assembly Operative to join our manufacturing team. You will work within a small team across all sections of the production floor, contributing to the assembly of high-quality cabinets while developing multi-skilled experience and supporting your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a small team across all sections of the production floor.
- Use hand tools and drills to assemble cabinets.
- Rotate between sections to ensure multi-skilled working and cover for staff absences.
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout the build process.
- Foster positive working relationships and support a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- Able to use hand tools and drills (essential).
- Previous manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential – full training provided.
- Proven ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, positive, and proactive approach to work.
- Ability to commute to Sandy or plan relocation before starting work.
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 16:00
