Sociable Hounds offers a professional dog walking and day care service within the Edinburgh area and we are looking for a new walker to join our team. This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday. Working hours are typically 8am-4pm, however finish times vary depending on the days schedule so flexibility is required.
The successful applicant will work as a dog walker, driver and daycare assistant. Duties include driving a company van to safely collect and return dogs, supervising and completing daily dog walks and assisting with care and enrichment at our woodland daycare.
We also offer a home boarding service. This is not a requirement for the role, but applicants open to occasional overnight care in their own home would be welcomed.

Requirements:
- Applicants must be over 25 years old for vehicle insurance purposes
- Applicants must hold a clean UK manual driving licence for minimum 1 year
- You must be hard working, reliable and happy walking in all weathers
- Dog lover and comfortable with all breeds and sizes of dogs
- Confident driving throughout Edinburgh and surrounding areas
