Sales Assistant (Entry Level)

We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Cardiff-based sales team. This is a self-employed, face-to-face sales opportunity where you’ll work in residential areas, speaking directly with customers and helping them find services that suit their needs.
No previous sales experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive training, daily coaching, and ongoing support to help you build confidence and develop your skills from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meeting customers face-to-face in residential neighbourhoods.
- Explaining products and services in a clear, professional manner.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Answering questions and handling objections confidently.
- Recording customer information accurately.
- Working alongside your team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Attending regular coaching and development sessions.
- Travelling to and from our Cardiff office each working day.
