SCI Marketing is currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading sales and marketing companies, which has ambitious growth plans for the upcoming year. They are looking for motivated individuals to support customer engagement and help drive sales performance.
What to Expect:You’ll work alongside experienced sales and marketing professionals, representing a range of well-known clients. Through face-to-face direct marketing campaigns, you’ll play an important role in building customer relationships and contributing to campaign success.
Skills Development:By engaging with customers and providing excellent service within residential environments, you’ll develop strong communication skills while gaining practical experience assisting customers with online forms, applications, and other administrative tasks.
Sales and Customer Service Assistant Requirements:
- Communication: Confident verbal communication skills are important.
- Work Ethic: A motivated attitude with strong self-discipline and determination.
- Personal Development: A willingness to learn, improve, and take on new challenges.
- Availability: Flexible working options available, with a minimum commitment of 4 days per week (Monday–Saturday).
- Location: Must be able to commute and work across Cardiff and surrounding areas. The office is conveniently located within walking distance of public transport links.
