A well-established law firm in Eastbourne is looking to recruit a Private Client Legal Assistant to support its busy and growing Private Client department.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with both clients and solicitors, playing a key role in helping matters progress smoothly while becoming an important part of a friendly and professional team.
The firm is open to candidates with varying levels of Private Client experience and is keen to find someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys providing excellent client service.
The role will involve:
- Supporting solicitors on a range of Private Client matters
- Assisting with Wills, Probate, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Liaising with clients and keeping them updated on their matters
- Preparing correspondence and legal documents
- Managing diaries, appointments and meeting arrangements
- Opening and maintaining client files
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same. You'll be joining a department that values its support staff and recognises the important contribution they make to client service and the overall success of the team.
