As Commis Chef, you will support the senior kitchen team across all sections, learning strong kitchen fundamentals while helping deliver high standards throughout service.
This is a hands-on role suited to a motivated chef with a genuine passion for food and hospitality.
You will be joining a supportive brigade where development is encouraged and where quality ingredients and consistency are at the heart of the kitchen.
Duties:
- Assist with food preparation across all kitchen sections
- Support senior chefs during busy service periods
- Learn cooking techniques and kitchen organisation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Help ensure consistency and quality across all dishes
Please note: Candidates will need to drive due to the location of the property and limited public transport links.
While staff accommodation is not available, the business can assist candidates who are relocating with sourcing accommodation locally.
