About Our Client
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a truly exceptional, multi-AA Rosette award-winning establishment with an outstanding reputation in the UK culinary scene.
Our client has a very clear, driven vision: to achieve a Michelin Star. To help them realise this goal, they are looking for an inspiring, precision-driven Restaurant Manager to take total ownership of their intimate, exclusive 20-cover fine dining restaurant. Working solely within this refined space, you will collaborate seamlessly and side-by-side with their highly experienced, Michelin-starred Head Chef.

While this carries a Restaurant Manager title, our client views this role as the perfect springboard for a world-class Head Waiter/Waitress or Assistant Restaurant Manager currently working within an acclaimed Michelin environment who is hungry for their first official step up.
Furthermore, our client is highly progressive and will happily consider an elite, experienced Chef de Rang who possesses years of top-tier fine dining experience and the maturity to command a small, intimate room.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Excellence: Curate and deliver a flawless, world-class guest journey that aligns with the exacting, meticulous standards required to achieve a Michelin Star.
- Culinary Partnership: Act as the vital bridge between the kitchen and the dining room, working hand-in-hand with the Michelin-starred Chef to perfectly communicate the story behind every dish.
- Atmosphere Management: Maintain absolute control over the pacing, detail, and ambiance of a highly exclusive 20-cover service.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and continuously train a small, dedicated front-of-house team in the art of refined, intuitive luxury service.
- Cellar & Beverage: Seamlessly manage wine service and beverage pairings, ensuring they match the complexity of the tasting menus.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Michelin Pedigree: Proven experience working within a Michelin-starred or highly rated multi-Rosette environment is highly desirable.
- The Right Fit: An experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager, Head Waiter/Waitress, or a seasoned Chef de Rang ready to step into a leadership role.
- Passion for Perfection: An uncompromised eye for detail, an obsession with immaculate presentation, and a genuine love for premium hospitality.
- Expert Communicator: A natural whistleblower and storyteller who can engage confidently with discerning guests, regulars, and industry inspectors alike.
