As an Apprentice Home Carer, you will learn how to support people in their own homes with dignity, independence, and respect, while gaining hands-on experience in a real care role.

Work towards a relevant qualification in health and social care, with dedicated training time as part of your working week
Support & Training
Full induction and training programme
Shadowing with experienced carers

Regular supervision and development reviews

Working Hours
Full-time and part-time roles available
Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Requirements
Must be aged 18 or over
Must be living in England
Must not be in full-time education
Driving licence preferred (or willingness to travel locally)
