A & M Group are a family run multi-franchise group. Since we started in 1986, we have grown to become a well-known dealer in agricultural and construction equipment.
Due to continued success and expansion, we are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join the team at our busy Bridgend head office. We require an experienced individual to enhance our already successful team and assist us to grow.
The Role / Requirements:
- Processing sales invoices
- Credit control – Chasing debts by contacting customers and monitoring their accounts
- Matching purchase invoices, delivery notes and orders
- Processing payments each month
- Reconciling purchase ledger statements on a monthly basis
- To meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and accountability, liaising and retaining effective lines of communication
You’ll have an outgoing and friendly personality, excellent communication skills, be highly motivated and target driven whilst being organised and have a great eye for detail, as well as being committed and reliable.

Experience:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in accounting software such as Xero or Sage
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
