Window-Tint.co.uk is an online retailer based in Saltney, Chester manufacturing and supplying car window tinting products to customers worldwide via eBay, Amazon, Etsy and our website.
We've expanded rapidly over the past 3 years with sales growing by 125% and were recently named Cheshire 'Business of the Year'. We currently process, cut and dispatch over 3,000 orders per month .
Alongside Window-Tint.co.uk, we also operate WT Window Films, supplying professional installers, and Tint Academy, where we train people to become professional window tinters.

THE ROLE
We're looking for a full-time E-Commerce Customer Service & Social Media Assistant to join us.
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers — handling enquiries, resolving issues, and making sure people feel looked after from first message to delivery.
One of the biggest opportunities in this role is helping us build our social media presence. We've been so focused on growing other areas of the business that social media hasn't had the attention it deserves. We'd love someone who's enthusiastic about creating content, bringing fresh ideas and helping us grow our audience over time.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Customer Service
- Responding to customer queries across eBay, Amazon, Etsy and our website using our customer service platform
- Answering inbound phone calls and handling enquiries professionally
- Managing returns, exchanges and order issues from start to resolution
- Chasing couriers and suppliers on behalf of customers when orders are delayed
- Leaving and responding to customer feedback and reviews across platforms
Social Media
- Creating content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
- Helping us build a more consistent social media presence.
- Coming up with ideas for content and campaigns.
- Working with the team to develop our social media strategy over time.
Operations Support
- Assisting the order processing team during busy periods
- General admin and office support as required
- Helping improve internal processes where appropriate.

ESSENTIAL
- Previous customer service experience — preferably online
- Strong written and verbal communication — clear, friendly, and professional
- Experience creating content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok)
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks idependently
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
DESIRABLE
- Experience selling or managing accounts on eBay, Amazon, or Etsy as a seller
- Experience developing or contributing to a social media strategy
- Experience using Canva, CapCut or similar content creation software
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT
- An interest in cars — though we'll teach you everything you need to know about our products
We're looking for the right person, not the perfect CV. If your customer service skills are strong but you're less experienced on the social media side, we're happy to provide training and support to help you grow in the role.

Salary: £25,000 to £26,000
