We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Full-Time Store Supervisor to help lead our brand-new store opening on Edge Lane. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing business from day one, helping to create an exceptional shopping experience while supporting the Store Manager in building a successful team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store.
- Leading, motivating and developing the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Opening and closing the store, ensuring all operational procedures are followed.
- Driving sales through excellent product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Managing stock, merchandising and maintaining high visual standards.
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally.
- Ensuring health and safety, security and company policies are followed at all times.
- Supporting with staff training, coaching and performance.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a retail supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A positive, hands-on attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays as required.
- Reliable, organised and able to work on your own initiative.

Working Hours
- Full-time (38 - 40 hours per week)
- Flexible rota including weekends and evenings.
