We’re currently hiring for a full-time Nightshift Supervisor at our Middlesbrough depot. The role will include supervising, overseeing, and working on the Shop Floor. You will be working as part of a key supportive team within the depot, where you will take ownership and supervise a team of employees to aid in the process of replenishing and merchandising stock with good attention to detail to display stock to the required standards.

What will you be doing as a Nightshift Supervisor?
- Stock replenishment
- Stock rotation
- Picking and preparing customer’s orders ready for dispatch in an organised and timely fashion
- Key Holder responsibilities
- Carrying out gap checks
- Supervising the nightshift team members
- Organising weekly shift ROTAs
- Ensuring good housekeeping standards are maintained
- Supporting other departments as required
- Adhering to, and ensuring others are adhering to, the Companies Health and Safety Policies
What do you need to be a Nightshift Supervisor?
- Confidence using computerised tills and barcode scanners
- Excellent work ethic is required, as well as punctuality and reliability
- Initiative and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team to guide them
- Good time management as you will be working at speed
- Good attention to detail and careful precision to meet targets
- Able to work in a high-volume, sometimes physically challenging role
- Able to work quickly and to deadlines
- Confident working alongside the depot management team
- Experienced in the use of MS Word, and Excel are preferred
