We’re looking for a caring and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our friendly, professional team in Wickford and the surrounding areas.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Domiciliary Field Care Supervisor, you’ll support care staff, ensure service excellence, and work with the Registered Manager to maintain compliance, drive quality, and deliver care that truly makes a difference.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising care delivery to maintain high standards
- Conducting care and risk assessments with clients
- Creating and updating person-centred care plans
- Liaising with families, GPs, and external professionals
- Monitoring medication administration and quality standards
- Assisting with audits and supporting service improvements
- Participating in the on-call rota (paid)
- Covering shifts if necessary to avoid service disruption
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in domiciliary/home care
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working toward it)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
- A warm, compassionate, and proactive attitude
