The successful candidate must:
- Hold/predicted a degree in English with a 2:2 or above - or strong knowledge from A-Level
- Be passionate about supporting young people
- Be flexible and approachable
- Have the drive to prepare young people to be ‘game changers’ in the world
- Have an ability to engage children and young people and increase participation in activities through appropriate differentiation, considering diverse and individual needs of learners
- Have a positive can- do attitude
