Responsibilities:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible terms and conditions.
- Maintaining of purchasing contracts, purchasing price, agreements, and terms
- Forecasting stock level and make orders accordingly.
- Tracking order delivery status and review and apply the customs clearance documents.
- Researching the Food and Custom Regulation
- Communicating with suppliers, and internal sales team regarding product delivery status, product quality problems, product sales status
- Assisting to improve the product specification
- Any ad-hoc tasks assign by line manager
Requirements:
- Experience in similar role for at least 2 years
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office
- Planning, prioritising and organisational skills
- Data analysis, communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised, with ability to multi-task, without losing sight of issues that might emerge to become high-risk
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage, but not essential
Language Requirements:
- English (fluent)
- Any other languages will be a plus!
