We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a Solo Children's Residential Home supporting a young person with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, quality, and performance of the home.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a dedicated residential team
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment
- Driving positive outcomes and placement stability
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards
- Supporting staff development, supervision, and retention
- Building strong relationships with professionals and stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement and service quality
What We're Looking For
- Experience within Children's Residential Care
- Current Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and Children's Home Standards
- Full UK Driving Licence
