Are you a skilled Pharmacy Technician looking for a dynamic role where your expertise directly supports patient care? We’re seeking a motivated professional to join our healthcare team in a prison setting, working under the supervision of a pharmacist.
What You’ll Do:
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently using our pharmacy system.
- Assist with treatment room pharmacy services, stock control, and fridge temperature monitoring.
- Support the safe management of medicines, including Controlled Drugs and patient self-administration.
- Ensure all medicines are stored, disposed of, and recorded safely in line with regulations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of pharmaceutical care.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Pharmacy Technician with attention to detail and strong organisational skills. - BTEC and NVQ3 in Pharmacy Services, or equivalent (ie Buttercup).
- Commitment to patient safety and high-quality dispensary practices.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a structured environment.
