We are looking for a Head Valeter to join our team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, is confident with customers, and can help lead and support the team.
The role includes:
- Mainly vehicle cleaning and valeting
- Customer service and speaking with customers
- Supervising staff and helping train new team members
Key responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare vehicles to a high standard
- Make sure vehicles are ready for customer handover
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Help with customer queries and create a positive experience
- Supervise staff and help maintain daily standards
- Support and train new team members when needed
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in car valeting/detailing
- Good customer service and communication skills
- A positive, reliable and professional attitude
- Ability to supervise and support staff
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of work
