Responsibilities

- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilise instruments in accordance with infection control protocols
- Provide excellent patient care, including explaining procedures and addressing patient concerns
- Manage patient records accurately using IT systems and maintain organisational efficiency
- Support with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
- Ensure all clinical equipment is maintained and ready for use at all times
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, health, and safety throughout the practice
Skills
- Proven experience in patient care within a dental or healthcare setting
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in IT systems relevant to dental practice management
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, for clear communication
- Knowledge of nursing principles applicable to dental care is desirable but not essential
