Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of daily operations across various departments. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure seamless workflow across departments
- Assist in planning and implementing operational procedures and policies
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate records of operational data, inventories, and documentation
- Support management in organising meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence
- Identify areas for process optimisation and propose actionable solutions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience working for service based company, managing field based engineers across the UK.
- Proven experience in operations management or coordination roles is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools is advantageous
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in business administration or related fields are beneficial but not essential

0800 - 1600 or 0900 - 1700 Mon - Fri
3 days work from home / 2 days work from office
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
