We’re now looking for a talented and driven Head Pizza Chef to lead the pizza offering at Tufnell Park Tavern and play a key role in delivering consistently great food and service.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role for a chef who is passionate about quality pizza, organised in the kitchen, and confident managing service in a busy pub environment.
As Head Pizza Chef, you’ll take ownership of the pizza section — from prep and service to maintaining standards, stock control, and supporting the wider kitchen team. You’ll work closely with management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while helping create a positive and motivated kitchen culture.
What We’re Looking For
- An experienced pizza chef confident working in fast-paced, fresh-food kitchens
- Comfortable working across multiple sites and adapting to different teams
- A calm, organised approach and the ability to hit the ground running
- Solid knowledge of food safety, allergens, and HACCP
- Reliable, flexible, and able to travel between North & East London sites
- A positive attitude and genuine love of hospitality and pub culture

Experience & Eligibility
- Previous experience as a Pizza Chef in a fresh-food kitchen
- Experience working in pizzerias or similar workplaces roles is a plus
- Right to work in the UK required
