Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team in the role of <Cook/Chef>. This position involves preparing and cooking food, ensuring high standards of food safety, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences.

2/3 day which will be set and discussed at interview
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and standards
- Assist with meal preparation to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in accordance with food safety regulations
- Ensure all food is stored correctly and ingredients are rotated appropriately
- Support the team in serving customers when required, including taking orders and delivering meals
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to uphold hygiene standards
- Contribute to menu planning and suggest improvements based on customer feedback
- Assist with inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying management of shortages
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or a culinary environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Experience working in a restaurant or catering setting is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
- A genuine passion for food and customer service excellence
