About the Role as a Cleaner with Caredig: You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our homes and communal spaces are clean, safe, and well-presented for our tenants. You’ll contribute to our mission of creating great places to live and work, where people feel proud of their surroundings.
Pay - £13.45 per hour
Hours - 20 hours per week
Location - Bro Preseli
What You’ll Be Doing: Carrying out cleaning duties in line with agreed schedules Maintaining high cleaning standards across all areas. Reporting maintenance issues and equipment faults promptly. Managing cleaning supplies and ensuring safe storage. Supporting and guiding tenants where appropriate Building positive relationships with tenants and colleagues. Following all health & safety procedures at all times.
What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone who is: Physically fit and able to carry out a hands-on role. A good communicator with a positive attitude Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently. A strong team player who works well with others. Able to identify and report issues effectively. Committed to health & safety and high standards. You’ll also need: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Willingness to undertake training and development. Basic understanding of health & safety in cleaning. Willingness to undergo a DBS check (required for the role). Desirable: Experience working in and around people’s homes. Welsh language skills.
