Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Liaising with internal departments such as sales, warehouse, and transport
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate system information
- Supporting the wider customer service team with day-to-day administration
Skills & Experience
- Previous customer service or administrative experience (essential)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- A proactive and team-focused attitude
