Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a highly visible, professional security presence at assigned retail and static sites.
- Protect property, staff, and the public by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Handle interactions with a positive and professional attitude.
- Complete accurate digital incident and activity reports using SWLs internal systems.
Requirements:
- Licensing: A valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding, Door Supervisor, or Close Protection).
- Vetting: A 5-year checkable employment or education history.
- Transport: Your own reliable transport to travel to various sites across Hampshire.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication; basic computer literacy.
- Note: Previous experience in law enforcement is highly advantageous.
