We're looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join the team at East Horton, one of Hampshire's most respected golf clubs and event venues.
Set within stunning grounds, East Horton is home to a beautiful 16th-century tithe barn restaurant, along with elegant function spaces that host weddings, celebrations and corporate events throughout the year.
As our Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for exceptional food and outstanding hospitality. We're looking for someone who:
- Is organised, self-motivated and adaptable.
- Takes genuine pride in producing high-quality, creative dishes.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a passionate team.
- Leads by example and is keen to mentor and develop junior chefs.
