As a Property Manager, you'll serve as the main liaison between our company and our vendors, nurturing relationships with past, current, and potential clients. Your role will involve keeping vendors informed about market conditions, discussing pricing strategies, and providing honest advice about their properties.
Supported by a dedicated team devoted to providing outstanding customer service, you'll have the advantage of collaborating with a vast client database.
In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining close communication with vendors, arranging property valuations, and discussing marketing strategies. You may also conduct home visits as needed to build rapport with clients.

Minimum requirements
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- High levels of customer service
- Full UK driving license
- Capable of working effectively as part of a team, while also demonstrating self-motivation and initiative when working independently
- Be target driven
- Work to deadlines
Desirable
- Good local knowledge of area and types of property
- Incoming and outgoing sales calls
- Valuation experience or a desire to learn
- Cross-selling related services
- Ideally 1 year’s previous experience within the property sector
