Service Reception Manager – BMW Heathrow
About the Role
BMW Heathrow is looking for a professional, customer-focused Service Reception Manager to lead our front-of-house Aftersales team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced automotive professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving team performance within a premium retail environment.
As Service Reception Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of the service reception department, ensuring customers receive a seamless and outstanding experience from arrival through to vehicle handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the Service Reception team to achieve departmental targets and KPIs
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with BMW brand standards
- Ensure efficient workshop loading and smooth customer communication throughout the repair process
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally and effectively
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores
- Work closely with the Service Manager and Workshop Controller to maximise efficiency and profitability
- Support staff development through coaching, training, and performance management
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and manufacturer processes
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience within an automotive service reception or aftersales management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer handling abilities
- A professional and organised approach with strong attention to detail
- Experience working within a premium automotive brand environment is advantageous
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: From £38,000.00 per year
