Salary: £24,796 - £25,185 FTE
Contract Type: Fixed Term - one year minimum
Working Pattern: Term Time only
Location: Rudgwick Primary School

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Show initiative in supporting pupils’ individual needs
- Provide close physical supervision in a nurturing manner
- Build positive relationships with pupils
- Have the highest expectations of themselves and pupils
- Show flexibility and adaptability with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Deliver interventions under the supervision of the Inclusion leader
- Utilise strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Support the class teacher in creating a positive and productive classroom learning environment
- Be able to work as part of a team.
