We are currently seeking a creative, organised and detail-driven individual to join our team as Group Design Assistant. Working closely alongside our Group Design Lead, this exciting role will support the creation, coordination and delivery of guest-facing design projects across the collection.
Please note the position is 16 hours a week with a salary of £27,500 (pro rata)
We're looking for someone who enjoys both the creative and organisational aspects of design, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting the finer details right.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, formatting and updating of menus across the collection.
- Create monthly posters, promotional materials and assets for seasonal campaigns and events.
- Manage the rollout of signage and guest-facing printed collateral across all hotels.
- Coordinate artwork preparation and print production with external suppliers.
- Monitor and maintain collateral stock levels across the collection.
- Conduct regular brand and collateral audits to ensure consistency and quality.
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across both print and digital channels.
- Maintain and organise design templates, artwork files and brand assets.
- Ensure the accuracy of pricing, copy, imagery and brand presentation across all materials.
- Work collaboratively with teams across the business to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography and brand guidelines.
- Experience creating and managing print marketing materials.
- Knowledge of preparing artwork for print production.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Confidence working independently while collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
