The Role
As a Track Marshal, you will support the safe and smooth running of race sessions. Working trackside and in pit lane, you will assist drivers, respond to incidents, and support race control while maintaining excellent customer service.
This is a physical, outdoor role suited to someone who enjoys staying alert, working as part of a team, and being involved in live events.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned areas of the circuit during live sessions
- Use flags, lights, and radio communication in line with procedures
- Respond to on‑track incidents and recover karts safely
- Support pit lane and start/finish operations
- Assist with circuit setup and basic safety checks
- Communicate incidents or safety concerns to Race Control
- Deliver a friendly, professional experience for all customers
- Keep trackside and marshal areas clean and organised

Pay: £8.05-£12.75 per hour
