Location: Selby, North Yorkshire
Active North Yorkshire Selby Leisure Centre is seeking a dedicated and responsible Lifeguard to join our team. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all swimmers and visitors, monitoring pool activities, and providing emergency care if necessary. You will also undertake regular cleaning requirements and building safety checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor pool activities and ensure the safety of all swimmers.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations.
- Provide emergency care and first aid as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the facility.
- Assist with pool operations and maintenance.
Qualifications & Skills
- RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification Gen 10 (Essential)
- Strong swimming skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies.
