Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating property sales providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth transaction process for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen understanding of the property market.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve satisfactory agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing contracts and managing paperwork.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless experience for clients throughout the sales or lettings process.
Experience
- Previous Sales experience is essential for managing sales process effectively.
- Strong communication skills are crucial for building rapport with clients and negotiating deals successfully.
- Excellent organisational skills are required to manage multiple listings and client interactions simultaneously.
