We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
- Prepare and present drinks, including barista-style coffee, with attention to detail
- Assist in food preparation tasks when required, adhering to food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Support bar operations during busy periods, including serving drinks and managing stock levels
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and hygiene standards
Skills
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards
- Barista experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided if needed
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when required
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary
