The Bowls Club is a unique outdoor event experience in London, combining social lawn bowls with great food, drinks, and a lively atmosphere. Designed for corporate events and group celebrations, it’s all about fun, energy, and bringing people together.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced and confident Bar Supervisor to support the delivery of a fast-paced, high-volume bar operation. You will lead by example on shift, ensuring excellent service, strong team coordination, and smooth day-to-day running of the bar.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the bar team during service
- Manage the set-up and breakdown of the bar
- Ensure drinks are prepared and served quickly, consistently, and to a high standard
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar at all times
- Train and guide bar staff, ensuring best practices are followed
- Handle guest queries or issues professionally and efficiently
- Work closely with management and floor teams to deliver seamless service
Requirements & Skills
- Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor
- Confident working in high-volume or event environments
- Solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving ability
- Hands-on, proactive, and team-focused attitude
- Must be available for all shifts

Training & Set-up: 8th and 9th June
Event days in June: 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 24th, 25th, 26th
Event days in uly: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 8th, 9th, 10th, 15th, 16th, 22nd, 23rd, 29th, 30th
