We are actively seeking a highly ambitious, hungry, entry-level Growth & Marketing Strategist to join our team. We are looking for a fresh perspective, outside-the-box ideas, and unconventional concepts that disrupt how traditional B2B companies behave online.
Job Purpose
This role is built for someone who is deeply curious about emerging technology and ready to pioneer new acquisition strategies. You will own and drive our B2B marketing and growth agenda, blending performance marketing discipline with creative, non-traditional thinking.
Note: This is not a role for a boring, traditional corporate marketer who relies on an old, stale playbook. You do not necessarily need a lifetime of B2B experience. a background in fast-paced digital media, personal projects, or an agency environment might give you the exact edge we want.
Key Responsibilities
Disruptive B2B Marketing & Growth
- Inject high-level creativity and outside ideas into our core B2B strategy to differentiate us from traditional, dry industry marketing.
- Treat social platforms and online footprints as dynamic conversion funnels, engaging business decision-makers with modern, compelling campaigns.
- Pitch and execute interesting growth concepts designed to generate high-quality inbound enquiries.
PPC & Performance Marketing
- Own, manage, and scale paid acquisition campaigns (such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads) with a ruthless focus on commercial ROI and cost-per-acquisition.
- Continuously run A/B tests on creative assets, ad copy, and landing page frameworks to beat standard industry conversion benchmarks.
AI Integration & Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO)
- Lead our transition into AI-driven product discovery by researching, testing, and applying modern GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) principles.
- Ensure our business offerings, insights, and core products are actively indexed, mapped, and cited by major LLM architectures including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.
- Investigate, deploy, and leverage emerging AI tools to automate distribution networks and optimise asset deployment.
Alternative Growth Exploration & Product Input
- Act as an ambitious strategic sounding board for internal product development, matching user search intent and market gaps to our evolving service lines.
- Constantly hunt for non-traditional growth loops, account-based marketing (ABM) techniques, and alternative digital acquisition methods to rapidly gain market share.
Person Specification
We are looking for a highly ambitious, tech-native individual who can take full ownership of a growth roadmap and execute rapidly. This role requires someone who blends creative thinking with analytical rigour and a genuine hunger to learn and deliver.
Essential Criteria
- Ambitious & Hungry: A strong desire to execute concepts rapidly, learn at an accelerated pace, and take genuine ownership of a growth roadmap.
- Unconventional Mindset: Capable of extracting working ideas from other industries (B2C, D2C, or creator spaces) and translating them effectively into a B2B framework.
- Tech-Native: Fully comfortable experimenting with advanced digital environments, automated tools, and AI software. You understand how AI search patterns are beginning to replace traditional search patterns.
- Analytical Foundation: Driven by metrics, conversion rates, and performance data, ensuring all creative campaigns serve a definitive commercial purpose.
Desirable Criteria
- Prior experience running PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) or managing paid acquisition budgets.
- Exposure to B2B marketing, agency environments, or fast-paced digital media roles.
- Familiarity with GEO principles, AI content tools, or emerging search behaviour patterns.
