Taskmaster Resources are currently recruiting for a 7.5T Driver / Installation Operative to join our client, on a temp-to-perm basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys varied work, is physically fit and is happy to work as part of a two-person team.
The role will involve driving 7.5T and 3.5T vehicles to customer sites across the UK, delivering specialist equipment such as commercial catering equipment, oversized goods and items with specific delivery requirements.
You will also be required to help with positioning, unpacking goods and assisting with installations, so a good level of physical fitness and manual handling ability is essential.

Duties will include:
- Driving 7.5T and 3.5T vehicles to customer sites across the UK
- Delivering specialist equipment safely and professionally
- Working as part of a two-person delivery team
- Assisting with positioning, unpacking and installation of goods
- Providing excellent customer service on site
- Following delivery instructions and handling equipment with care
Hours:
Hours can vary depending on workload and customer requirements.
Weekend work is minimal and rare, however candidates must be flexible, as some days may involve early starts, longer working hours or late returns due to travel and project needs.
Occasional overnight stays may be required, with hotel accommodation, additional payment and sustenance provided.
Requirements:
- Valid UK Category C1 / 7.5T licence
- Valid Driver CPC
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Good level of physical fitness
- Manual handling ability
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Willingness to travel nationwide when required
Desirable but not essential:
- CSCS Card
- Experience in commercial deliveries, removals, installation work or two-person delivery operations
- Counterbalance FLT experience / licence
